1. Scope of License

SDive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use our software applications solely for internal educational business management.

2. License Restrictions

You shall not: (a) modify or create derivative works; (b) distribute, rent, or lease the application; (c) bypass security logic; or (d) use the application to develop a competing product.

3. Software Updates and Maintenance

We may push automatic updates to improve performance or security. By using the app, you consent to these background updates as part of our maintenance cycle.

4. Privacy and Data Reference

Your use of the application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this agreement. Please review it carefully.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

This application is licensed, not sold. All title and copyrights in and to the application are owned by SDive. Any feedback provided may be used by SDive without restriction.

6. Third-Party Libraries

The Application utilizes open-source components. Use of these libraries is governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE.

8. Financial Limitation of Liability

SDive's maximum aggregate liability for any claims under this EULA shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Compliance and Export

You warrant that you will comply with all applicable local and international export laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to government embargo.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, grid failures).

11. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SDive regarding the software application.
