End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
SDive CRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the commercial purposes of your school.
2. Restrictions
It is forbidden to decompile, modify, or resell the software without written permission. You may not use the service for illegal purposes.
3. Maintenance
The license includes updates and technical support within the chosen subscription plan.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee the absence of errors but strive for maximum system stability.
5. Term
The agreement is valid as long as you use the service or until terminated by either party.
